- Client Communication Portal - Web 2.0 in its best - a client communication system that re-defines our customer relationship:
- During a quote request, an e-mail is sent notifying that a quote has been published through the client portal.
- You have the possibility, in the client portal, to accept or deny the quote(s).
- When you approve a quote, it will change the status of any associated invoice to be submitted to our development team, automatically allowing you to immediately make the appropriate payment.
- You have the capability, in the client center, to view your projects, and see all associated tasks, and files.
- Significant files are added to any of your projects for easy reference and feedback. Being logged in, you can view and download those associated files.
